If you were lucky enough to get 12 Free passes to GOGO WiFi when you purchased your Google Chromebook (like I was) this will tell you how to redeem them.
You must have your Chromebook with you on the plane to obtain the free passes. GOGO and Google decided to track your passes automatically via your laptops hardware address AKA MAC address. The MAC address is in the TCP/IP packet that traversed the GOGO network. You do not obtain physical passes or any codes of any type. Just access the WiFi on the plane and they will allow you to connect. If you have any issues you can Instant Message the GOGO support team and they will assist you while you are on the plane.
